Nina Djokic - Pianist, Musicologist, and Educator

Pianist, Musicologist, Educational Psychologist, Singer, Dancer, Artist, and Mathematician.

Nina has invested numerous years into her development as a musician and teacher to empower future generations of musicians. Alongside her Piano Pedagogy certifications awarded by the Royal Conservatory of Music (Canada), Nina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Educational Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

Most recently, she completed her MA in Musicology at the prestigious Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the UK, where she conducted original research on the theme of digital music education. Inspired, she returned to Vancouver where Nova Nota Academy was born.

Her ongoing research is part of her commitment to innovating music education and developing modern, comprehensive, and holistic teaching philosophies.
